Delivery

The prices of the items in the catalog are always free of shipping costs, the shipping costs are calculated during the estimate process, without registration and without concluding the purchase process, simply enter the desired items in your shopping cart, indicate the quantity and select country UE destination.
Delivery times vary from 5 to 15 working days for the EU, depending on the type of article chosen. The data sheet of each product gives the approximate delivery time. Bear in mind that many of the products in the TROLLEYHOME.COM are customized and assembled by our manufacturers exclusively for our clients.
If you buy various products, the delivery time will be dependant on the product that takes the longest to produce.
TROLLEYHOME.COM will let you know when your order has left our facility, and give you an approximate home delivery date.

 

 

Returns Terms and Conditions

TROLLEYHOME.COM offers a returns policy within a period of  14 days from the date of receipt of the product if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

You will need to pay for the cost of the item to sent back to us.

-Please complete the Returns form in the Customer Panel.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and collected by our usual courier firm.

Products that have been used, handled or altered will not be accepted.

Once the product has been received and checked, we will refund your payment.

Please retain all the information on the product warranty. TROLLEY HOME offers its customers a warranty in accordance with legal regulations from the date the product is received. Consequently we cannot accept any product returns after the warranty period has elapsed.

However, this right does not apply to any of our Products which are made to your specification and colour.  You can find out more information about your right to cancel Contract below.


Personalised Products
If you wish to cancel your order for any personalised products (i.e. products that will be made to your specification and colour), you must contact us within 24 hours of ordering the products. Otherwise, you cannot cancel this contract.

 

If your product has been damaged in transit, you should notify us immediately within 24 hours. It is therefore essential to check the packaging as soon as it arrives to verify it´s condition and see whether there are any knocks or if you suspect there have been any incidents. Please send a photo of the damage by email. Without photographic evidence we cannot process the incident. After this 24-hour period we cannot accept responsibility as goods are covered by a comprehensive risk insurance policy which is only valid for 24 hours after delivery.

If damage has occurred, we will replace the damaged part or the full product at no additional cost to the customer.

TROLLEY HOME makes every effort to ensure that the website shows the colours of the products as accurately as possible; however, given the varying digital contrasts of different browsers we cannot guarantee the exact definition of the colour. Please bear in mind that the colour you see on your screen may be slightly different from the end product. We cannot accept returns for this reason.

1 How can I place an order ?

Placing an order is very easy! After selecting the products that you like click the button “Add to basket” and then press “Checkout”. Fill your billing and delivery information and decide which payment method fits better your decision.  


2 How long should I wait for the delivery of my order ?

We carefully select every design product that you see on our website. In each product page you can find detailed information about delivery, which can vary from 7 to 20 days. This depends on production volumes and inventory.  In case you place a multiple order, take into account that we will try to optimized the delivery, which means we might pack all the products ordered together and we will deliver them to you in one go. 3 How can I check the order status ?

To verify the order status you can access into “My account” area and click on the “My orders” section, where you will see your order progress. We will notify the delivery date in advance by emailing you at the email address you have provided at the moment you have placed an order.

 

4  What payment methods do you accept ?

You can pay by the main credit/debits cards or through your Paypal account.


5  What is the delivery cost ?


Delivery is free for orders within UK .


6  How should I act upon delivery ?

We do our best to find the right courier in each Country we operate. However, we suggest you to follow these steps during the order process: (1) check the products in your box are as many as reported on the delivery note; (2) check the packaging and report any sign of damage. In case you think something went wrong with your delivery, please make sure you sign the delivery note as “accepted with reserve” and report any damage to the courier as well as contact us.

KDH wants to provide you the most exciting shopping experience . Our logistics team in the Spain works close with the best international couriers in any Country. Each courier is selected based on its track record in handling fragile products.

9  What can I return and how ?

You may return any product you have bought within 14 days from the day you have received it. The return policy does not apply to those products that are customised and/or manufactured on a single order basis. The returned product must be in their original conditions and properly packed, preferably in their original packaging. If the original packaging is broken or not available, you must use an appropriate alternative package in order to return the product to TROLLEY HOME warehouse. In case of missing or faulty product, TROLLEY HOME will replace the product according to the product availability.


10  What kind of warranty will cover the products that I want to buy?

The TROLLEY HOME team checks all the products before shipping them. However, you as client, always benefit the product legal warranty given by each producer. The legal warranty is reserved to consumers: it therefore applies solely to any natural person concluding a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be ascribed either to their commercial or independent professional activities. According to it, in the event of defective products the client has the right to have it remedied delivery of non-defective goods .
